I am extremely pleased you have joined me and many of our community colleagues in the NHealth Network – a physician-driven, clinically integrated network initiative. Participating providers collaborate to enhance the quality, lower the cost and improve the efficiency of health care services for our patients. NHealth provides a strong platform for success in today’s changing health care payment and delivery environments.
NHealth is led by a provider board comprised of independent practice physicians, Norman Regional Health System employed providers, and administrative leaders invested in the health and wellbeing of our community. The NHealth board members and other physicians participate in numerous committees designed to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the network as a whole.
Under the organizational structure of NHealth, physicians lead the design and use of new clinical systems and the network provides a vehicle for participation in new payment models involving shared savings programs, bundled payments, and other initiatives focused on quality and value.
NHealth works with a variety of payers and the network is designed to provide you with opportunities to earn compensation in addition to your regular fees through potential shared shavings and other initiatives to improve quality and enhance value for our patients. NHealth and Norman Regional Health System provide clinical and technical resources including advanced information technology, data analytics, and other tools to facilitate care coordination and to expedite network implementation and success. By working together, NHealth participating providers can implement these and other systems more efficiently and in a more coordinated manner than individual providers could on their own.
